We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Mittal Optics, Chh. Sambhajinagar.

Customer Relationship Management
Customer Follow-Up
Billing
Complaint & Service Handling
Customer Experience
Coordination & Administration
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, retail, hospitality, premium/luxury retail, banking, insurance, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience in optical/eyewear retail will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Candidates with solid communication, confidence and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
Should be well-groomed, presentable and skilled.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
