Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales & Event Coordinator to manage client acquisition, catering/event sales, client coordination, and event execution. The candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills and should be comfortable working at events whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients for catering and event services.
Handle enquiries, understand client requirements, and provide suitable catering/event solutions.
Coordinate with clients from enquiry stage until successful completion of the event.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
Visit client locations and event venues whenever required.
Be present at events/functions when required to coordinate with the client and ensure smooth execution.
Handle last-minute client requirements and resolve event-related issues.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending payments.
Maintain proper records of clients, leads, bookings, and sales.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Catering Sales, Hospitality Sales, Event Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in catering, hospitality, banquet, event management, or food service will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Good convincing and sales-closing ability.
Should be comfortable with field visits and attending events/functions as required.
Ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules.
Presentable, confident, and qualified personality.

Key: This is not a pure office-based sales role. The candidate may be required to stay at/attend events and coordinate operations as per the event schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
