Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and sales documents.
Support the Accounts team and Dispatch team with documentation
Day-to-day coordination with the Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track & follow up on customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details in ERP/CRM/Excel.
Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
