Position: Finishing Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in prestigious construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings and large-scale residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating finishing activities while ensuring quality, timelines, specifications, and project standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise internal and external finishing works for high-rise and building construction projects.
Coordinate finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors/windows, façade and other architectural works.
Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project teams for smooth execution.
Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality control, snag rectification and finishing standards.
Plan and monitor daily/weekly finishing activities to achieve project milestones.




Review drawings and coordinate with Civil, MEP, Architecture and QA/QC teams to resolve site issues.
Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, inspection records and work completion reports.
Ensure adherence to safety requirements, project specifications and construction schedules.
Support final inspection, snagging, rectification and project handover activities.

Mandatory Requirements
9–12 years of relevant experience in building construction/finishing works.
Strong experience in High-Rise Building / Tower Construction Projects.
Experience in prestigious residential/commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of building finishing activities and construction execution.
Valuable coordination, contractor management and site supervision skills.
BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering qualification preferred/required as per project requirement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
