Key Responsibilities
Handle showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and online leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Hyundai vehicle.
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Freshers:

Experienced Candidates:
Candidates with experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, retail sales, banking, insurance, telecom, or other customer-facing sales roles are welcome.
