Junior Quantity Analysis & Billing Engineer – Building Construction Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Analysis & Billing Engineer to join our Mumbai head office and support senior engineers in quantity take-offs, billing preparation, and technical documentation for building construction projects.

This role is ideal for a young civil engineer who is comfortable working with drawings and numbers, and wants to build a robust foundation in billing, quantities, and cost control in a structured office environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity Analysis Support
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Help in BOQ checking and quantity comparisons.
Support quantity validation for variations and extra items.
Maintain quantity abstracts and comparison sheets.

Billing Assistance
Assist in preparation and checking of RA Bills and Final Bills.
Support verification of measurements and quantities received from site teams.
Help in preparing billing statements, abstracts, and summaries.
Coordinate with site engineers for measurement sheets and clarifications.

Documentation & Coordination
Maintain proper filing of drawings,



BOQs, and billing records.
Assist in preparing as-built quantity records and completion documentation.
Support senior engineers during audits, internal reviews, and consultant submissions.

Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Diploma or BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in quantity analysis / billing / measurement
Freshers with solid internship or training exposure may also be considered.
Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of drawings, quantities, and BOQs
Willingness to learn billing formats and measurement practices
Software Skills:
MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
AutoCAD (drawing reading & basic quantity extraction)
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented, methodical, and eager to learn
Good communication and coordination skills
