Receptionist & Student Counsellor

Job Responsibilities
Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Respond to student and parent enquiries professionally.
Explain courses, fees, eligibility, admission process, and career prospects.
Collect and update lead details in Google Sheets.
Follow up with interested students and maintain lead status.
Coordinate with the aviation counsellor for detailed counselling.
Welcome students and visitors at the academy.
Maintain daily enquiry and follow-up records.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Polite, confident, and presentable.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred

Experience in reception, telecalling, counselling, admissions, education, or sales will be an advantage.
