Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic E-commerce Voice Process in Indore.

The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of relevant sales/customer-facing experience.
Experience in Sales, Tele-sales, Insurance, Seller Support, Customer Support with sales exposure, or similar roles will be considered.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Comfortable working from office.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.




Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with orders, products, services, and related queries.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Work Schedule:
6 working days
1 rotational week off
9-hour shift including 1-hour break
Shift timings fall within 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
Work From Office

Compensation:
₹21,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI OR
₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI
Salary will depend on previous CTC, experience, and company norms.

Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
