SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant social media platforms. The role involves content planning, script writing, Reel shooting at project sites, collaborations, and complete social media management from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Pinterest.
Create Reels, posts, stories, YouTube Shorts, project-based content, and other platform-specific content.
Solid script writing and storytelling skills.
Stay updated with trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform updates.
Plan and shoot Reels at interior project sites, including active construction environments with dust, noise, unfinished spaces, and limited access.
Manage influencer/creator barter collaborations.




Coordinate with designers, site teams, photographers, and videographers.
Track social media performance and improve content based on analytics and insights.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
Robust portfolio with proven social media content work.
Excellent communication, creativity, and script-writing skills.
Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
Comfortable travelling to sites and working hands-on during shoots.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and capable of handling content from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish → performance analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
