Industry Real Estate / Builder / Developer

Experience Minimum 7 years

Qualification Law Graduate / Advocate

Language Marathi reading, writing & typing is mandatory; good command of English

A well-known real estate company with multiple projects across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is looking for an experienced Legal Qualified (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities
Land / CIDCO Plot Purchase
Conduct property due diligence, search and title verification.
Handle transfer of properties in the company's name with various authorities.
Draft MOUs and Purchase Deeds and handle their registration.
RERA
Registration of projects under RERA.
Quarterly project updates.
Compliance with RERA annual forms.
Handle project-completion-related RERA requirements.
Customer Flat Registration & Documentation
Draft Agreements for Sale.
Handle/co-ordinate registration and follow-up with advocates.
Handle legal matters relating to customers.
Society Formation & Conveyance
Handle formation of societies and related compliances.




Follow up with liaisoners.
Conduct society general meetings.
Handle conveyance-related matters.
ROF & LLP
Draft Partnership Deeds/reconstitution documents and handle their execution.
File necessary forms with ROF and LLP authorities.
Court / Litigation Work
Follow up on pending suits and take necessary steps.
Visit courts and advocates' offices for consultation and coordination.
Coordinate with litigation advocates and counsels.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced real-estate lawyer/advocate who can independently handle land/title matters, CIDCO, RERA,

property documentation and registration, society/conveyance, ROF/LLP, and litigation coordination.

Most key screening criteria: 8+ years of active Real Estate/Builder experience and Marathi reading, writing & typing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
