We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team, guide our customers through our product offerings, and drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and guide them on DIY/craft supplies to meet their project needs.
Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store setup, including product restocking and display arrangement.
Checkout & Billing: Process customer transactions efficiently at the POS (Point of Sale) counter, handling cash and digital payments.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our craft items, tools,



and creative supplies to provide expert advice and cross-sell complementary products.
Inventory Management: Help track stock levels, report low inventory, and assist with stock receiving and auditing.

Key Qualifications
Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
Solid interest in arts, crafts, or DIY projects is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and numeric skills for operating POS systems.
Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays based on retail shift requirements.
