Handling inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
Generating sales leads and following up with prospects.
Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions.
Maintaining accurate call records and updating them at the same time
Working closely with the sales or support team to improve customer experience.
Ensuring compliance with telecalling scripts and company policies.
Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Handling rejections positively and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Meeting daily/weekly call targets and achieving sales or engagement goals.
A telecaller should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Candidate should aim to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Language: English, Marathi & Hindi. (optional- Telugu)

Experience: 1.5 - 8 years (tele caller)
Age limit: 20 - 38 years

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
