Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities for B2B customers.
Process domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
Coordinate with Rapid moving consumer goods (FMCG)
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related cases.
Process credit notes and debit notes related to customer orders and complaints.
Prepare and maintain order, shipment, and delivery documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Ensure adherence to company processes and service-level requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Order Management, Order Processing, or Supply Chain.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG industry.
Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Basic understanding of domestic and international trade processes.
Robust written and verbal English communication.
Positive coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
Comfortable working in a multicultural/cross-cultural environment.
Candidates who are solutions-oriented and able to work under pressure will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹54,000.00 per month
