Job Description – Site Supervisor (Interiors / Construction)
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work, ensuring timelines, quality and design specifications are met.
Coordinate labour, materials and equipment; resolve in office issues.
Conduct inspections and maintain site logs and daily progress reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
Robust knowledge of construction drawings and materials.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across Kerala as required.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
