Job Title: Account Manager – Canadian Insurance Company (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accountant with solid hands-on expertise in QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in bookkeeping, GST compliance, and financial record management, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Independently handle complete accounting work using QuickBooks (mandatory)
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Record and reconcile purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, etc.)
Handle TDS entries and returns
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards
Coordinate with CA / tax consultants for audits and filings
Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Requirements & Qualifications




Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
Solid and proven working knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory)
Minimum 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with Tally Prime
Knowledge of GST & income tax portals
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
