About Jay Propertiez

Jay Propertiez is a growing Villa Plots & Farmland Promoter offering residential villa plots and farmland projects across Chennai and surrounding locations. We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google and other digital marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities and offers clearly.
Convert qualified leads into site visits.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with customers and the sales team.
Follow up with customers after site visits and maintain regular communication.
Update lead details, call status and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and booking.
Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.




Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relationship or real estate sales.
Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
Experience handling leads is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Tamil communication is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
Comfortable making regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
Willingness to work from the Tambaram, Chennai office.
