We’re looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations in [Store X] and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. As the store manager, you will be responsible for inspiring the sales team to fulfill sales goals, developing business strategies, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, and train recent staff, and take on other administrative tasks as needed, such as monitoring inventory levels. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skills.
Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
