Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development, generate recent leads, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our transformer business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations/proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and manage the complete sales cycle.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Visit clients and travel as required for business development.

Required Skills & Competencies




Strong knowledge of electronic transformers, power electronics, or industrial electrical equipment.
Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to clients.
Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valuable analytical and market research skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
