Job Summary

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and agile Manager – International Affairs to manage international student recruitment, admissions, partnerships, and day-to-day operations of the International Department. The role will focus on expanding international outreach, strengthening global partnerships, improving student enrolment, and ensuring a smooth experience for international students.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the International Affairs Department.
Develop and execute strategies for international student recruitment and enrolment across assigned regions.
Manage relationships with international education consultants, agents, universities, schools, and institutional partners.
Drive lead generation, student counselling, application processing, conversion, and enrolment activities.
Monitor admission targets, recruitment pipelines, conversion ratios, and regional performance.
Coordinate with Admissions,



Visa, Finance, Accommodation, Academics, and Student Support teams.

Eligibility & Experience
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, International Business, Education, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in international admissions, student recruitment, international education, business development, or university operations.
Experience in managing international student recruitment and overseas education markets will be preferred.
Experience in team handling and achieving admission/recruitment targets.
Solid knowledge of CRM, MIS, MS Excel, and digital recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment activities and institutional partnerships.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
