Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall QC activities for the Gear Division.
Ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Control quality of gear manufacturing processes from incoming inspection to final inspection.
Monitor critical gear parameters such as profile, lead, pitch, runout, tooth thickness, hardness, surface finish and dimensions.
Manage inspection of raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
Handle quality issues, rejection, rework, scrap and customer complaints.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D and corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor quality KPIs such as PPM, rejection %, rework %, FPY and customer complaints.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Maintenance, Tool Room and other departments for quality improvement.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment.
Develop and implement Control Plans, Inspection Standards, SOPs and Check Sheets.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
