Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities and acquire clients for our recruitment and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sources.
Identify and connect with potential corporate clients.
Understand client hiring and consulting requirements.
Pitch recruitment/consulting services and schedule client meetings.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update the CRM/database.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Recruitment Sales, or Consulting Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and target-based sales.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
Candidates from Recruitment, HR Consulting, Staffing, B2B or Business Consulting backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
