About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Recruiter to join our HR team and handle recruitment activities for various IT & non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references & other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases & MIS reports
Coordinate offer, documentation and joining formalities
Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements

Requirements




6 Months – 1 Year experience in recruitment preferred
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Graduate in HR / Management or any relevant field
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply
