Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic cum Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to create engaging static and motion-based content for social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
Design motion graphics, animated posts, reels, short videos, and promotional videos.
Develop visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand creative requirements.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual content as required.
Create creative concepts and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and meet quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design, motion design, and social media trends.
Make revisions based on feedback from the team.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.




Good knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and visual composition.
Ability to create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or any field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
Candidates should have a robust portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion/video work.

Preferred
Experience in creating social media creatives and reels.
Knowledge of current social media design trends.
Experience working with e-commerce, footwear, or consumer brands will be an advantage.
