Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, customer handling, or back-office sales.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Handle cold calling and generate new customer leads.
Follow up with existing and potential customers through phone and online channels.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product information.
Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams for customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Support the sales team in day-to-day back-office activities.
Follow up with customers for quotations, samples, orders, and payments as required.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in cold calling and customer follow-up.
Valuable knowledge of online customer handling and communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain proper customer records and follow-ups.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Field Work: No field work
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives
