Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of rice mill and food-processing machinery at customer sites.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and machine-related issues.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Conduct machine testing and ensure proper functioning after installation or repair.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, machine layouts, and equipment manuals.
Identify defective components and coordinate with the concerned department for replacement.
Provide machine operation and basic maintenance training to customers/operators.
Prepare service reports after completing site visits.
Coordinate with the Service, Production, Design,



and Sales teams for technical issues.

Follow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
Travel to customer locations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
