Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Summary:
Biz9 Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, acquire new accounts, and drive business growth across media, entertainment, advertising, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Hunt and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular engagement and relationship building.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and repeat-business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable media, advertising, event, and entertainment solutions.
Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with corporates, brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery of client requirements.
Maintain sales pipeline, client records, reports, and follow-ups.




Handle client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
0–6 years of experience in KAM, B2B Sales, Business Development, Media Sales, Advertising, Events, or Client Servicing.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a robust business development mindset.
Media, advertising, event, digital, OOH, or sponsorship sales experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
