GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration. Infection control experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor hand hygiene practices among hospital staff.
Ensure proper use of PPE and infection control precautions.
Conduct regular infection control rounds and audits.
Monitor biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
Monitor cleaning, disinfection and sterilization practices.
Maintain records of hospital-acquired infections.
Report infection control problems to the Infection Control Officer.
Conduct infection control training for hospital staff.
Monitor needle-stick injuries and ensure timely reporting.
Maintain infection control registers and reports.
Participate in Infection Control Committee meetings.
Ensure compliance with hospital infection control policies and applicable NABH standards.
