Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent role within data, analytics, finance transformation or technology programmes.
Strong experience working between business/finance stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
Good working knowledge of Corporate Finance and FP&A;, including:
P&L;
Budgeting
Forecasting
Estimates
Variance analysis
Allocations
Capitalization
Robust ability to define KPIs, business rules, data requirements and data mappings.
Experience creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data/analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and work-item management.
Experience identifying source systems, data owners, dependencies and data gaps.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.




Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with senior Finance, FP&A; and Technology leaders.

Strongly Preferred
- Knowledge of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
Experience with technology finance / IT finance reporting.
Experience with technology cost allocation and TBM tower/sub-tower mapping.
Experience working on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or other data/analytics platforms.
Experience defining requirements for financial dashboards and management reporting.
Understanding of financial data structures such as GL, cost centre, natural account, organizational hierarchy and technology cost structures.
Experience working with Finance, FP&A;, Technology and Data Engineering teams in a large enterprise setting.
