Telecaller / Telesales & Recruitment Executive

Location: Remote | Job Type: Full time
Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 fixed + Incentives
Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

We are looking for a confident and energetic telecaller to handle customer sales calls, inquiry calls, lead follow-ups, and candidate recruitment calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Call leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Explain products/services and follow up with customers.
Call candidates for hiring and explain job opportunities.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain call and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements:
Positive Hindi & English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable on calls.




Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must have their own laptop and solid internet connectivity
