IT Product Support & Implementation Expert (Team Lead)

We’re looking for proactive and responsible professional to lead customer support, product implementation, and team operations for our business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients via calls, email, and remote sessions
Understand issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with internal teams
Lead software implementation, setup, and client onboarding
Conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the product
Perform functional testing and share feedback for product improvement
Maintain explicit documentation of issues, solutions, and client feedback
Team Lead Role
Train and mentor team members
Manage daily operations and shift planning




Monitor performance and ensure high service quality (SLA adherence)

Preferred Skills
2–4 years of experience in software/application support
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of POS, ERP, and Tally is a must.
Understanding of retail operations & inventory processes
Comfortable with MS Excel and basic technical tools
Willingness to travel for client implementation if needed

Qualification
B.Tech / BSc / M.Tech/ BCA/ B.Com / BBA preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
