Job Purpose - Responsible for mechanical assembly of electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and related production activities as per engineering drawings and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities :-
Mechanical assembly of electronic products and subsystems.
Ensure dimensional accuracy.
Follow quality procedures and production standards.
Maintain production records.
Technical Skills :-
Mechanical assembly and fitting.
Assembly tools handling.
Knowledge of tolerances and measurements.
Reading engineering drawings and SOPs.
Use of Vernier calliper, micrometre, and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of torque-controlled assembly.
Qualification :-
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience :-
1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly.
Experience in electromechanical assembly preferred.
Hands-on experience using assembly tools, fixtures, and gauges.
