Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate with government and other projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working with government stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of surveillance infrastructure.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with municipal bodies and vendors PAN India.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery for government clients.
Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare project documentation including proposals, reports, and compliance records.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Ensure adherence to government regulations and security protocols.




Conduct site visits and oversee the smooth execution of projects.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders in Hindi and English for updates and issue resolution.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects.
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
Knowledge of government procurement and compliance processes is a plus
