Job Description

Vista's Learning is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Visitor Relations Executive (Voice) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, attending calls, and ensuring a professional experience for all walk-ins and callers.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Provide information about the company's services and guide visitors accordingly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
Respond to customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.




Support administrative and front office operations.

Requirements
Kannada language is mandatory (Speak, Read & Write).
Any Graduate or PUC can apply.
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
