Required Sales Supervisor – Project Sales with experience of 5 to 6 years in sales, preferably in project sales / building materials / construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Ahmedabad.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
Conduct regular dealer and market visits across assigned areas.
Generate sales orders and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock levels, outstanding payments, and collections.
Communicate company schemes, offers, pricing, and recent product launches to dealers.
Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure timely product supply.
Monitor competitor activities,



market prices, and customer demand.
Resolve dealer complaints and provide effective sales support.
Track daily field activities and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with sales executives/representatives and guide them toward target achievement.
Ensure proper market coverage across all major areas of Ahmedabad.
Develop recent business opportunities and increase sales volume from the dealer network.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
