Job Summary

We are looking for Immediate Joiners with experience in Account Services / CASA Account Opening to join an MNC Bank. The role will involve end-to-end processing of Current and Savings Account (CASA) opening and account servicing activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end CASA account opening for Current and Savings Accounts.
Verify customer/application documents and ensure completeness.
Perform KYC and AML checks as per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Process account opening requests within defined TAT and quality standards.
Handle account servicing, amendments and customer information updates.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Sales, KYC, Compliance and Operations teams.
Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
Update and maintain accurate customer/account records in banking systems.




Handle account opening and servicing-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
Ensure adherence to banking policies, SOPs, KYC/AML and operational controls.
Support audit and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations / Account Services / CASA Account Opening.
Prior experience with Current Account / Savings Account opening is mandatory.
Candidates currently working with Banks / MNC Banks / NBFCs / Financial Services will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of KYC, AML and customer documentation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office and banking systems.
Must be available to join immediately.
Candidates serving notice period will not be considered.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
