Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity take-offs & BOQ preparation
Review architectural drawings, specifications & bid documents
Prepare accurate cost estimates & proposals
Analyze material and labour costs
Maintain estimation & bid records
Requirements:
Robust MS Excel skills
Ability to read architectural plans/drawings
Estimation experience in commercial construction
Experience with 2020 / PlanSwift is an advantage
Field experience is not mandatory
