Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Specialist to support product operations, understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful adoption and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a robust understanding of the product, features, and functionalities.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
Assist customers with product-related queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements.
Support product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions.
Monitor product performance, usage, and customer adoption.
Prepare product documentation, reports, presentations, and process guides.
Identify product gaps and communicate improvement suggestions to the Product team.
Track product-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on market trends,



competitor products, and industry developments.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid product understanding and problem-solving abilities.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Good customer-handling and presentation skills.
Ability to learn current products and technologies quickly.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
2–5 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Support, Product Operations, Customer Success, or a related role.
