F&B; Service Steward – Roles & Responsibilities.
Welcome guests and provide friendly service.
Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Take guest food and beverage orders correctly.
Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
Explicit used plates, glasses and cutlery promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service area.
Follow proper hygiene and grooming standards.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Captain for guest orders.
Check guest satisfaction and attend to basic guest requests.
Refill water and other required items on the table.
Assist in buffet setup and service.
Follow food safety and hotel SOPs.
Handle hotel property and equipment carefully.
Report guest complaints or service issues to the Senior Steward/Captain.
Complete closing duties and ensure the service area is clean.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
