Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels for dermatology, skincare, beauty and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa and other relevant marketplaces.
Create and manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and product information.
Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns and refunds.
Coordinate with the stock, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor product availability, inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
Track online sales, revenue, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance.
Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions, offers and product campaigns.
Monitor competitors, pricing, product rankings and market trends.
Handle customer queries,



reviews and marketplace-related issues professionally.
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports for management.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility and conversion rates.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management or Online Sales.
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa or similar platforms preferred.
Positive knowledge of product listing, inventory and order management.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Understanding of online sales, discounts, promotions and marketplace operations.
Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Dermatology, Beauty, Healthcare or D2C brands will be an advantage.
Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
