Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Finacle 10.x Customization Specialists for a 12-month resource augmentation engagement based at Union Bank of India, Nariman Point, Mumbai.
The role involves Finacle customization maintenance, issue resolution, BAU support, minor enhancements, and new customization development across various Finacle modules.
Key Responsibilities
Provide BAU support for Finacle custom components, service requests, and minor enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve customization issues during UAT and production deployment.
Fix defects/bugs in Finacle customization programs.
Handle product setup and configuration-related clarifications.
Develop and deploy minor customization requirements.
Coordinate with Infosys and recommend configuration/parameter changes where applicable.
Perform data patches, impact analysis, release notes, rollback plans, and implementation plans.
Develop recent Finacle customizations based on business requirements.
Prepare requirement and approach documents.
Perform sanity testing before handing over customizations for UAT.
Communicate unsupported or non-feasible requirements with appropriate justification.

Required Skills
Minimum 2.5 years of Finacle Customization experience.
Strong knowledge of Finacle 10.x / 10.2x.
Techno-functional understanding of Finacle.
Knowledge of CRM, SSO, FinInfra, SVS, Core Modules, C24/FI.
Hands-on experience with Unix and Oracle PL/SQL.
Solid Finacle debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Finacle Customization IDE.
Experience with Finacle Scripting / Script IDE.
