Assistant Store Manager (ASM) – Erode

Position: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in managing daily showroom operations.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
Monitor sales performance, customer service, and staff productivity.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Support stock management, merchandising, and showroom standards.
Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in mobile/electronics or consumer durables.
Solid team-handling and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of showroom sales and customer handling.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Any degree / 12th pass with relevant experience can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
