We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven professional to lead the implementation of DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects across Manipur. The role requires strong coordination with government bodies, effective team management, and ensuring compliance with all program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete execution of DDU-GKY projects in Manipur
Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and government officials
Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
Supervise training centers, mobilization activities, and placement processes
Monitor targets for enrollment, training completion, certification, and placements
Maintain MIS, reports, and documentation as per project requirements
Handle audits, inspections, and monitoring visits
Build employer connections for placement opportunities
Manage and guide state-level team and center staff
Ensure quality training delivery and candidate satisfaction
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY preferred)
Valuable understanding of government schemes and compliance systems
Experience in team management and operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel across Manipur
