Key Responsibilities
Brand Aesthetic: Develop and maintain a robust brand aesthetic that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Coordination: Direct and coordinate with multiple team members, including photographers, stylists, and designers.
Mood Boards: Create and present mood boards that reflect the desired creative direction for projects.
Creative Identity: Establish and uphold the creative identity of the brand across all platforms.
Shoot Management: Oversee and manage photoshoots end-to-end, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications




Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a creative leadership role within the retail and fashion industry.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or equivalent.
Skills: Solid understanding of brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and creative processes.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
