Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Draftsman with solid knowledge of HVAC drafting and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation based on engineering designs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed HVAC layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop ducting, piping, equipment, and ventilation layouts.
Prepare HVAC shop drawings and coordinated drawings.
Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
Coordinate HVAC drawings with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare sections, details, schedules, and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate with HVAC engineers and project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings.
Maintain proper drawing standards, layers,



annotations, and documentation.

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an added advantage.
Positive understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC engineering drawings.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification in Mechanical or a related field.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC drafting, MEP consultancy, or building services projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
