What You’ll Do
Manage daily production and achieve targets on time.
Plan daily work and assign tasks to the team.
Supervise printing, binding, cutting & finishing work.
Monitor production, quality and material wastage.
Manage and guide operators and helpers.
Coordinate with Inventory, Packing & Quality teams.
Ensure machines and production work run smoothly.
Handle basic machine/production issues.
Maintain daily production records and share updates with management.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in production.
Experience in printing, publication or industrial production preferred.
Valuable team and manpower management skills.
Basic knowledge of printing and production processes.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
