About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and discuss job roles, responsibilities, and company policies with selected candidates.




Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring targets.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
