About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities and acquire clients.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, conducting follow-ups, maintaining client relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, social media and online research.
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
Understand clients' business requirements and marketing needs.
Conduct sales calls and online meetings with potential clients.
Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
Follow up regularly with potential clients.
Handle client queries and objections professionally.
Negotiate with prospects and close deals.




Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams after closing the deal.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
Graduate in any relevant field preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Digital Marketing Sales will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Incentives

₹6,000 – ₹9,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
