Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and service activities.
Supervise and guide restaurant staff.
Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules.
Ensure high standards of food and guest service.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
Coordinate with Kitchen,



F&B;, Housekeeping, and other departments.
Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.
Maintain inventory and control wastage.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
