A Nursing Supervisor is a senior-level registered nurse responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing daily clinical operations within a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision & Management
Supervise and support registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and nursing assistants.
Prepare and manage staff schedules and shift assignments.
Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing personnel.
Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts.
Patient Care Oversight
Ensure delivery of protected, high-quality patient care.
Monitor patient care plans and clinical documentation.
Respond to patient emergencies and complex clinical situations.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Assist in policy development and implementation.
Monitor department budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure adequate staffing levels.




Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, standards, and accreditation requirements.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
Promote patient safety and risk management practices.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and other healthcare specialists.
Participate in management meetings.
Communicate updates and policies to nursing staff.
Address patient and family concerns.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Master’s preferred).
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
8+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

*We prefer Nursing Supervisor who can work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹39,135.20 per month
