We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be the primary voice of our company over the phone, connecting with prospective and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on cold or warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Persuade prospects, handle objections, and convert leads into sales or sign-ups.
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
